Whistleblower Protection Measures
- 1. RS Group is committed to protecting whistleblowers and will not tolerate any threats or harassment against employees who report misconduct or corruption, including those who cooperate or assist in an investigation in good faith.
- 2. In the event that an employee is threatened or harassed, they should report the matter immediately to the Internal Audit Department so that appropriate protection measures can be taken, depending on the severity and importance of the reported issue.
- 3. Executives or employees of RS Group are strictly prohibited from dismissing, suspending, disciplining, or threatening any employee as a result of reporting or whistleblowing on misconduct or corruption. Any such retaliatory actions will be subject to disciplinary measures.
- 4. Executives or employees of RS Group are also prohibited from demoting, punishing, or causing any negative consequences to employees who refuse to engage in corrupt practices, even if such refusal results in the company losing a business opportunity.
